Scope of available building works
Many of our projects involve some level of building works to be undertaken before installations are able to commence. There can be several reasons for requiring building works. These include layout changes, reconfiguring of partitions and walls, structural alterations and full refurbishments and may involve wiring, network and plumbing re-routes, technical product upgrades and under-floor heating requirements.

It may be that a new extension, attic or garage conversion is required or even a stand-alone new building elsewhere in the property’s grounds. Often, we are called upon to undertake the complete restoration of a virtually derelict property. There may also be sensitive conservation considerations to be managed such as with Listed buildings. Project management
spsinteriors are extensively experienced in all aspects of building works to any style so there is no need for any client to have to project manage, source and co-ordinate anything unless, of course, they wish to. Generally though, this is not advisable since the cost penalties alone of something going wrong can be punitive.
